The New Apple TV Might Come with Siri AI

Expect the improved set-top box at any time, as Apple reportedly delayed the release of new Apple TV hardware until its Apple Intelligence enhancements were complete. Several items of hardware have been discarded as a result of Apple Intelligence's delayed deployment in 2024, which was followed by a pause and reconsideration. To get the most out of the next Apple TV, the long-rumored Home Hub tablet, and other Apple Home gadgets, the new Siri AI is required.

Apple TV typically gets a current chipset to run whatever version of tvOS is available at the moment, even though it has never been Apple's most powerful product. The A15 CPU powers the current model, which was introduced in 2022.

There are rumours that the forthcoming Apple TV will come with the A19 or A19 Pro. That is probably more than sufficient for the Apple TV, even though it isn't quite state-of-the-art given the existence of the A20. Up to 12GB of RAM should be included with that new processor. That will be helpful for gaming as well as onboard AI processing.

Although the Apple TV's ability to run games at all is sometimes overlooked, the A19 chipset family's graphical capabilities are impressive. It could be interesting to install that chipset in a gadget that has active cooling and continuous AC power. There might be a special event to introduce the numerous Apple Home items that are anticipated later in 2026. However, Apple has a history of releasing press releases along with brief videos for every model.
